ACEPH does not allow match-fixing, cheating, collusion, syndicate betting, the use of bots or automated software, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, or attempts to exploit a system weakness. Any suspected breach may be reviewed and may lead to account suspension or closure, cancellation of affected bets, and the withholding or removal of related bonuses or winnings where the rules allow. Users must take part honestly and use only their own authorised account.

4. Payments and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ACEPH provides several supported deposit options for Philippine users, including GCash, PayMaya, Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, and Bank Transfer. Available limits, processing times, and charges depend on the method selected: GCash deposits range from ₱50 to ₱50,000 and usually take 2–5 minutes with a 0% fee; PayMaya supports ₱100 to ₱25,000 in about 5 minutes with a 1% fee; Credit Card deposits range from ₱150 to ₱15,000 and may take up to 24 hours with a 2% fee; Cryptocurrency supports ₱300 to ₱60,000 and may take about 1 hour with a 1% fee; and Bank Transfer supports ₱200 to ₱30,000 and may take up to 48 hours with a 1.5% fee. 4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal availability, limits, processing times, and any applicable charges depend on the selected payment method and the current account rules. 4.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Each promotion has its own eligibility, contribution, expiry, and wagering rules, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. Before making a withdrawal, confirm whether the balance is real money or bonus-related. Removing funds before completing the applicable requirements may cancel the bonus and any winnings connected to it, in accordance with the promotion terms.

Available benefits may include the VIP 3 programme, realtime cashback of up to 3.8%, an earning rate of 1.08% per deposit and 0.54% per bet, plus other exclusive rewards. 6. Player Responsibilities
